The following terms and conditions govern your use of the website and the use or sale of its products. By accessing the website and availing the products, you agree to be bound by these terms:

Amounts and pricing for all products are in Singapore Dollars (SGD).

Sale or deal pricing are set and scheduled by Best Scuba Deals. Schedule and deal mechanics will be strictly followed and will not be negotiable.

All payment are made directly through Paypal.

PayPal accepts all major credit cards from Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. Your card details will be protected and encrypted by Paypal; Best Scuba Deals does not have any access to this confidential credit card information.

Best Scuba Deals does local and international postage for all of the products.

Orders will be verified within 24-48 hours upon order completion. After successful verification, the items will be delivered within the following time frame:

In Singapore: 2-5 business days

In Malaysia and other countries in South East Asia: 6 days up to 2-3 weeks

In countries outside South East Asia: Varies accordingly

This delivery time frame is subjective depending on the product type and quantity. More over, import and customs procedure and lead time vary in different countries; thus additional processing days may be added on top of the expected delivery date. In case of urgency, Best Scuba Deals may grant expedite delivery on a case to case basis. Delivery, however, cannot be pre-arranged to a specific date and time.

Shipping costs vary depending on the order quantity, item type, suggested value, and total order weight.

Once orders are confirmed and fully paid for, cancellation will not be granted.

Goods are generally not returnable or exchangeable with unless it is eligible.

Eligible for returns:

  • Wrong item delivered
  • Product is damaged or defective
  • There are missing parts/items

Ineligible for returns:

  • Product does not fit (If customer is unsure of the product size, a size chart can be requested from Best Scuba Deals)

If your return is eligible, you can initiate it via our contact page, email or web chat system. In order for the request to be valid, it should be reported and requested until 14 days from the date of delivery.

Select products are covered by manufacturer’s warranty. This coverage varies according to the manufacturer and product type.

To learn more about the specific warranty coverage of particular items, the customer can send and inquiry and/or request a copy of the warranty coverage and policies from Best Scuba Deals.

Refund can be processed in case of return, stock unavailability and other scenarios or special cases.

For valid refund requests, the eligible refundable amount will be credited back to the Paypal account where the payment is made.
